Shipping

Giclee prints and goods are drop shipped and so will arrive from different location than hand drawn and hand printed artwork. I carry no inventory for exchanges on items that are drop shipped; please double check the size guide (available on the product page) before ordering! It takes about 2-7 days to print products. Please allow time for production and shipping. When buying multiple items at checkout, some items might be mailed out separately. All art work are carefully packed and does not include mat or frame unless otherwise noted. Items shipped flat unless otherwise noted.

International Shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred from shipping on International orders.
Returns
Due to the different calibration of device screens, item colors may vary slightly from the displayed images. There are no refunds or returns unless items are damaged or lost in the mail. I am happy to exchange for store credit if you are not happy with your item due to an error on my end.

Damaged/Defective Prints — If your print arrives damaged or defective in any way, a claim must be submitted via the contact page form within 2 weeks after the product has been received. When making a claim, please submit photos of the damage and your order number. Prints with damage due to fulfillment or shipping will be covered at my expense and a replacement print(s) will be issued at no charge. If you don’t contact me before that time, I won't be able to offer a free replacement. Unfortunately, I can't replace the original art if they are one-of-a-kind or only left 1 available.

Lost In Transit — If your package is lost in transit, please fill a claim with your order number via contact page form. Prints that are lost in transit will be covered at my expense and a replacement print(s) will be issued at no charge. Most items will be shipped with tracking.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address that causes an item to be returned to me, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment to be resent to the correct address.
